finally i submit my naruto oc's :) here they are ^^ enjoy :)

BUT the major thing is : she controls all the chakra elements ... she isn't a mary sue or i didn't want to turn her to a mary sue xD

its just her kekkei genkai :D because she can't use tai jutsu ... :D

Things you might want to change:
How can she be both friendly and cold sometimes?
How can she wield a Katana but be low in weapons on the chart?
But the major is she controls way too many chakra elements. Usually most characters only control two elements.

Please don't take offense to any of these. I was curious, and I was hoping I could help you balance your character a little.
