S p e c i e s : Porcelain witch :

A porcelain human/witch/wizard is a creature, which was originally made of a porcelain doll. These beings can only be created by sorcerers, who share a strong bond with the doll. The spell used for this is known by a few and it requires some common, but also some rare ingredients. After the casting of the spell, the doll will appear as a freshly born infant and will reach his/her final form (The look of the doll they used to be) over the years. In a few  cases the new human will adapt the magical abilities of its creator. However, you can most likely tell a porcelain human apart from a normal human. Sometimes weird traits can be manifested, e.g : Not being able to close one's eyes, very stiff posing/walking, either no or always the same expression, resistance against heat/cold/illnesses, missing production of sweat/tears etc. They also usually reach higher ages (The oldest so far being 130 years old) and their youth and beauty stays for way longer, but eventually also fades. Otherwise they function and have the same needs as normal people. A human, who has actually been made of a doll can still reproduce in natural and common ways. The kids may or may not inherit the traits.

J o b : Puppeteer

Due to her history as a doll herself, Eloisee felt the need to become a puppeteer. Being surrounded by dolls she slowly started learning about it more and more, until she could do it good enough to join the circus. An important factor, that helped her learn using and controlling the puppets better was the magic, which she inherited from her creator. She uses a paintbrush and a pallet, with only black ink on it. With this ink she draws lines, which  become one with the dimensions. That way she can create constructions with simple black lines.Eloisee usually uses her ink to draw lines to others faces or marionnette strings to their limbs, making them her puppets for the show. When she uses her own dolls, she preferes marionettes, but also loves to act as ventriloquist or act out small stories with other ones. Eloisee is known for her porcelain doll duplicate, which looks exactly like her. The shows, in which she uses it are ones of her most popular shows. Another unqiue performance is her 'painter show'. She creates many small stick figures with her ink and uses them as puppets to create bigger stories. Next to that, she also draws objects,buildings or animals to let the figures interact with them. 

P e r s o n a l i t y :

Mysterious|Observing|Quiet|Ridiculung|Ambitious

Eloisee is a rather mysterious girl. She doesn't make friends easily, due to her almost emotionless nature and finds it hard to express her feelings. The puppeteer doesn't like to share her secrets or story with everyone and only a few choosen ones know her well. To get closer to her, you probably will need some time.

She is a very careful person, so she always mistrusts strangers around her and is pretty suspicious about small things. Due to that, Eloisee is a very observing person and reflects on all things; small or big. She never leaves out a thing and pays attention very closely. During her observing, she also analyses people trying to figure out what they are like, which doesn't always work out. Eloisee likes to know as much about a person as possible, before getting closer to them. The young woman is rather quiet and has a calm nature. She's not very talkative and when she does speak, it's often in riddles. So having a decent conversation with her is most likely impossible. Her personality is rather laidback and relaxed, meaning she won't go off about everything even if she has a totally different opinion on that topic. 

You could also say her humor is kind of off. The puppeteer loves to ridicule others and often makes sarcastic or ironic statements. Some might say her words are hurtful, though she does not feel the way. It might also be, that she just doesn't know to not joke about certain things, because she still doesn't get some social norms and standards. But afterall, she also has conscience and is often sorry for her bad jokes afterwards.

Her feelings towards others manifest in her facial expressions. If she mistrusts you, you probably will only see one face from her, which is the ever smiling one. Eloisee would be starring at you all the time, not moving one single eyelash, until you leave. That makes other people associate the words 'creepy' and 'scary' with her. They'd try to avoid talking to her or make it as short as possible to not being pierced through by her looks. If you know her better and she actually likes or rather approves you around her, her expression will be much more calmer and relaxed and not stiff and scary. Her friends know, that she's always there to joke around and is pretty good at listening. 

Eloisee strictly seperates her private life and her work. She takes her job very seriously and is one of the most ambitious people ever. She takes a lot of time to improve and think of new shows and acts to show. Her audience is everything to her and she tries to satisfy them as good as she can. The woman hates being interrupted during work time and will react very cold to your demands. 

H i s t o r y :

Eloisee's story started with a little girl called Camilla Camillei, who lived in the great big Paris. Camilla got her first doll, a pretty blonde porcelain doll with a black-red dress, at the age of 5 from her father. Her family was middle-class  and until the age of 10 she had a steady and healthy family life. Her parents would always take good care of her and she couldn't have a more loving father or mother. However she did not have many friends. Already at a young age she proved herself to be capable of ink magic, which scared the other kids. They would call her witch, demon or worse and constantly bully her. She has never been socially lucky and isolated herself developing a grudge against the society. The only friend she had left was Eloisee, her toy. Camilla carried her precious doll everywhere and treated her like a real human being. She'd talk to her, sew her new clothes, comb and style her hair, clean her regulary and even provide her food, which the doll could obviously not eat. In her head she didn't need others, if she has Eloisee. 

Everything turned for the little girl, in the night to her 10th birthday. Someone in their apartment house in the ground-floor forgot to properly douse their candle, which fell down and caused a few sheets of paper to catch fire. The fire eventually spreaded very fastly. The Camillei family lived on the top floor and were the last ones to notice the fire. The staircase and stairs have been destroyed and there was no way out anymore. Her parents died of smoke intoxication, but Camilla survived by climbing outside the window. Of course, she could also save her doll. 

The girl could never get over the sudden lost of her parents and kept giving herself the fault. Since she had no living relatives, she had to live in an orphanage, which was hell for her. Staff there would treat her horrible, she would get bullied and the worst thing was that as punishment they'd take Eloisee from her. Her mood changed quickly there making her hate society even more. Other orphans mocked her for still carrying her doll at the age of 16 and threw her into a cannal. Camilla jumped into it just to get her back and even risked her life while doing so. At the age of 18 she could finally leave as a young, wrathful person. She could never intregrate herself really good avoiding every social contact, except for one single young man. His name was Pierre Clement, who found her once shoplifting food from his store. However he did not call the police and instead let her go telling her, that if she was hungry, she should just ask. That made him the only ally for her. 

Over the years they got closer and eventually ended up as couple. He gave up his store for her together they lived lonely in a forest. They were happy like that and Camilla finally found a place she liked to stay at. Both shared the wish of kids, but it would never work out. At the age of 45 Camille was surely disappointed, believing it was her fault and he'd leave her, if she did not bear any children. In a library she found the answer to all the problems. Originally she came for pregnancy and medical books, which would give her tips of how to improve the possibility of having kids, but her magical blood drove her into a completely different section. 

She found a book about magical objects and on one page she found an article of a myth saying you could turn dolls into humans with a certain spell. Startled by that idea she made it her quest to find everything needed for the spell. 5 years later and with the help of her now husband, she managed to get all the ingredients she needed. Eventually she managed to cast the spell on her old, but precious doll Eloisee and fulfilling her and her husband's child wish.

They raised her in the depths of the forest and could get over her weird doll-like traits, such as no need to close her eyes, always the same expression or no crying (Which was more of a blessing). Afterall, she was their child and they loved her as much as any other one they would have had. A strong factor in her education was her mother. She taught her to always be careful in this world and to never trust anyone without knowing that he's one of the good people. She told her to reflect on all things, small or little and to watch out. Eloisee respected her parents and would always listen to them. Her father developed the good side in her and taught her to to always take care of others and to not hurt them.

Growing up in an isolated house wasn't always easy. Eloisee didn't have any social contact and developed her calm and quiet nature. Whenever she asked her mother to go out into the city, Camilla would brush her off and tell her, that she's still to young. Then she'd just go to her father and ask him to tell her stories about the world outside or read books in their properly filled, own little library. In that time she also developed her love to puppets, dolls and painting. Gladly Eloisee inherited her 'mother's' magical abilities and started to get lessons from her. After knowing how to use the black ink well enough, she started out as puppeteer. The girl made most of her puppets on her own and taught herself ventriloquism and the artistic use of marionettes,dolls and puppets. 

Eloisee always wished to go out into the unknown fields out side of the forest, but respected her 'mother's' worry about her. She simply felt like a bird in a cage. At the age of 18 she finally had the courage to ask her parents to let her go. Her father has always sided with her on that topic and supported her, while her mother was still against it and thought the world would just stain her precious kid. After a long talk and discussion, Camilla would finally be able to let go off her kid. For the last time she told her to be careful and to be suspicious, because Eloisee would never know what lies infront of her. As happy the girl was, she still felt bad for leaving the people, who raised her. She promised to come back regulary and visit them, which she still does. 

Her parents gave her some seed capital to start in this new world and she was surely confused by Paris, a city that changed so much over the years. There were so many things she didn't know about and it took her years to get to know this society better. The Belle Époque seemed to confuse her even more with all the new and modern art,carbarets,casinos and technology. It was totally different from the world her father described to her. It was true that during that time in France optimism and prosperity rose and many upper-classes developed, though there was an under-class, which didn't get to see much 'belle' in that era. Unfortunately, Eloisee belonged to that class for a while. She didn't have any friends, since she didn't even know how to make them. Her father gave her a 'survival guide', which she strictly followed. First thing was to buy an appartment with the money and the second thing was to get a job. Eloisee was looking and looking around the city, not finding any place to stay at. She had to sleep in hotels or guesthouses, which drained all financial opportunities for her. In the end nothing was left and she had to live whereever she could. Gladly she didn't meet any bad people during that period. She made sure not to get into the city too much, since the "lower-classes" weren't wanted downtown, because they'd destroy the beautiful picture paris has been.

After just a few weeks,disappointed and frustarted she started to wander around until she found a flier on the ground. It was from  a circus and the only thing she could see through all the dirt was a marionette and the word 'casting'. Startled by that picture and idea of working with dolls, she made her way and followed the listed directions to the wonderous place. It was a whole other world with millions of bizarre and new things, but somehow she liked it. She took part in a casting for 'future puppeteers for the black faction' and was luckily hired. She got her own tent and trailer and didn't have to wander around planlessly. From then on she worked for the circus with great ambition and she learnt to love her work and the people there.
